Refund Policy

WEB-AUDIT Pro is a digital subscription service — $4.99 / month, billed automatically until you cancel. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped, so rules written for returning physical products do not apply. This page sets out how cancellations and refunds work instead.

There is no paid trial because you do not need one: WEB-AUDIT has a permanently free tier. You can run a scan and read the free report without an account and without a card, so you can judge the product before subscribing. See Pricing for exactly what Free and Pro each include.

You can cancel at any time, yourself, without emailing or calling us. Sign in, open your account and choose Manage subscription — that opens the billing portal run by our payment processor, Stripe, where you can cancel on the spot.

Where a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, your Pro access continues until that date and you are not charged again. Reports you unlocked while on Pro stay available to you afterwards. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription.

Cancelling stops future charges. For the charge covering the period you are already in: [REFUND POLICY: e.g. “all charges are final except as required by law” OR “pro-rated refund within N days” — OPERATOR TO CONFIRM].

Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of [JURISDICTION] or of the place you live — where such a right applies, it applies regardless of the above.

If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or billed twice, tell us and we will correct it.

Email hello@web-audit.me from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We will reply with a decision, and any refund we approve is returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
